Danny Glover, Actor and Political Activist, to Narrate "Give Us Your Poor" Documentary Film

We are honored to announce that Actor and Political Activist Danny Glover has agreed to narrate the documentary film on homelessness, Give Us Your Poor. Mr. Glover is a commanding lead Actor of film, TV and stage, perhaps best known to general audiences for his role in the popular movies Lethal Weapon.
Mr. Glover has starred in other films such as "Places of the Heart"(1984), "The Color Purple" (1985), "Angels in the Outfield" (1994), "Beloved" (1998), among many others. In "The Saint of Ft. Washington" (1993), Mr. Glover portrayed a homeless veteran alongside actor Matt Damon.
Danny Glover not only captivates an audience while on the silver screen but also on the political stage as well. Glover has spoken out against oppression against Haitians, and Apartheid helping begin Artists for a New South Africa. He's board chairman of the TransAfrica Forum, a Goodwill
Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme and serves on the board of The Algebra Project, a math empowerment program.
